it was a lovely stay, the best i had before. i enjoyed staff and location - they were great. updated room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. breakfast with a roll and cornflakes, for instance.

Picturesque location, fast check-in and absolutely amazing staff. The units are elegant, non-smoking. New Town district is worth your attention. Plus, this hotel is near to bars;))

The place was cosy and old-fashioned and the staff were pleasant, the location was unbeatable right in the city centre. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was excellent. Terrific service during my VERY COMFORTABLE stay.

Facility was spotless and majestic. The room was recently refurbished and available with shower, a stunning view and television. Kindness from the whole staff. Cereal and eggs was a bonus. The hotel was near the lovely beach. Colourful area.

I liked the property and fab staff and rooms. A sandy beach, perfect view. Besides, the area was crowded, next to a Leith street. The best breakfast - cereals and eggs.

I loved that the beach was near the hotel. Stunning location, spotless venue, well experienced staff. The bed was good and it was great having iron/ironing board, coffee and fridge. The breakfast had plenty of options: eggs and cereal.
